22nd ANNUAL OBLHS KEEPER'S WEEKEND 

   -- OCTOBER 7-9, 2016, BEAUFORT, NORTH CAROLINA

The Outer Banks Lighthouse Society will hold the 22nd Annual Keeper's Weekend on the second weekend in October, 2016.

For a fun-filled Saturday, members and attendees will visit the Core Sound Waterfowl Museum on Harkers Island, for a Continental Breakfast and a tour of the museum, along with a presentation on the Shackleford Horses and the Civil War at the Cape Lookout Lighthouse. 

Then a short ferry ride to the Cape Lookout Lighthouse, where the tower will be open for climbing. There is an optional Beach Taxi trip to Cape Point for shelling.

Saturday wraps with our Evening Banquet and Membership Meeting at the North Carolina Maritime Museum, Beaufort. Along with food and fellowship, we will have our annual Raffle Drawing with great prizes, as well as Silent and Live Auctions! (More details on the Raffle Prizes and Auction items coming soon!)
