Currituck Beach Lighthouse Makes Improvements 2006

Restoration Specialists from International Chimney make repairs in the lantern room of the Currituck Beach lighthouse in Corolla, N.C.
prior to April 10 when the lighthouse will reopen to the public for the 2006 season. International Chimney, well known for its expertise in lighthouse restoration, was contracted in 1999 to relocate the Cape Hatteras lighthouse and stations 2,900 feet southwest from a migrating shoreline.
